[Question]: Unit Test Runner in VS.NET 2005

Using build 210 with the recent RTM of VSTS, Im noticing that the unit test
runner simply comes up with a purple square and no tests run. I've referenced
NUnit 2.2.3, and the editor shows the little gutter markings to indicate
that the methods are indeed tests, but no matter what I do I cant get them
to run.

Any suggestions?

Interestingly enough, when I installed TestDriven.NET 2.0, the Resharper
UnitTest Runner started to work... (Twilight Zone music in the background)
