The gutter doesn't show up to recommend the "using" addition

Do you experience this for any type name? Can you find the corresponding
type with Ctrl-N command?

Most of the time in 210, now the gutter doesn't show up to recommend
the "using" addition. It only shows up with "red" text saying ".....
cannot be resolved". And that's pretty much it.

i can find it from ctrl+n

Do you use #region directives in the files where the quick fix is missing?
