[211] Parameter info popup on comma in string

Hello,

I type for example

Debug.WriteLine("bla");

Later I come back to edit this. If I type a comma "," before or after the
string constant, the parameter information popup is shown as expected. But
it is also shown if I type a comma inside the string constant and I consider
this a bug.
