Your screenshots are only visible via web-interface. As for the problem, it seems to me I have seen these odd colors lots of times. Reimporting color settings helps me (at least for a while).
BTW: does anyone have an idea when the promised quickfix for VS2005 will be officially released?

Sorry, I meant ugly ... thought the screenshot was pretty obvious. Two backgroun highlights, both are bad, one is really ugly (teal over black).

I was told by a Microsoft employee that the hotfix for VS 2005 that resolves
the color problem
will be released in January.
