no intellisense on WebControl.FileUpload

What context do you mean? Is it inside aspx page or where? Could you please
send an example?

1. isn't picking up members on WebControls.FileUpload control. VS2005

intellisense does pick them up. The project has been reloaded several
times. All the other controls seem fine.
