Alphabetize Members formatting
I realize it's of questionable value MOST of the time, but I'm trying to
clean up an interesting conflict in our codebase here and realized that an
alphabetize-members-within-regions function would be AMAZINGLY useful...
If enough people agree, I'll add it to the tracker...

Hello Jonathan,
I have just (successfully) argued against this with a colleague in a code-convention
discussion this week!
My argument was that there are many more reasons to put members in functional
clumps and that it is the job of tools (such as R#) to provide overview windows
(as it does) where the sorting can be customised to the user's requirements
(which might change from minute to minute) without changing the content of
the file. In actual fact the same argument works both ways - once we start
using file-hierarchy windows the layout of the file almost becomes irrelevant!

We plan feature of auto-reordering members for the next version.
