Resharper 2.0 / Visual Studio 2005 Keyboard settings

Which build of ReSharper do you use?

(I posted this question on the Resharper Community forum but am
posting my followup to the reply here based on a recommendation to use
this forum instead.)

I don't know if I have the right instructions or not. I'm referring
to http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/ReSharper/Download and
for Visual Studio 2005 (not 2003) I only see

1. Exit all running Visual Studio instances
2. Execute the ReSharper 2.0 for VS2005 installation
3. Launch Visual Studio .NET 2005
4. Develop with pleasure!
While it's true that the VS2003 installation instructions at that URL
mention something about saving the keyboard scheme, I don't think they
apply to me. I have a new machine which never had either Resharper
1.1 or VS 2003 on it.

I was using build 211. I just uninstalled it and am now using build 213, and it works much, much better out of the box. This made me happy! Once I figured out how to totally turn off VS2005's (inferior) intellisense, I was even happier.

I'm curious if there is documentation yet for the RS 2.0 commands, e.g. what is the difference between ResharperAddIn2005.CompleteCodeBasic and ResharperAddIn2005.CompleteCodeSmart, etc.

Actually there is one more issue I'm facing -- how to integrate Emacs shortcuts and Resharper. What I have done is resolve the duplication between Emacs keys and Resharper 2.0 keys (e.g. I like ctrl-N to be an Emacs next-line, so I made Resharper's goto-type shift-ctrl-N). But I cannot figure out how to get the Enter key to complete intellisense. In Resharper20 shortcuts this works fine; but in Emacs shortcuts it just adds a newline. I looked for a specific command in Options -> Keyboard for "accept intellisense entry" or something like that, but I couldn't find one.

In VS2005, Tools -> Options -> Text Editor -> C# -> IntelliSense -> uncheck "Show completion list after a character is typed".
