[215] Continue button is disabled for "Change signature" (Ctrl + F6)
Visual Studio 2003
Windows 2000 Professional
ReSharper build 215
Problem:
I have a parameterless method. When I try to add a parameter using the
"Change signature" feature (Ctrl + F6) I can add parameters but the
"Continue" button is disabled by default which is correct behaviour since
there are some validations that are not met. But then when all the
validations are met the "Continue" button stays disabled.
However when I focus another window and set the focus back to the "Change
signature" window the "Continue" button will be enabled.
See the screenshot.

same here with VS2005 and a method that had one parameter already.

I don't think this is anything new. I experience similar behavior with
Resharper 1.5 on VS2003. I have to change focus and click somewhere else
before I'm allowed to actually proceed with the "change signature".

And you never reported this? Because this doesn't seem like a "feature" to
me.
