[215] Continue button is disabled for "Change signature" (Ctrl + F6)

same here with VS2005 and a method that had one parameter already.

I don't think this is anything new. I experience similar behavior with
Resharper 1.5 on VS2003. I have to change focus and click somewhere else
before I'm allowed to actually proceed with the "change signature".
