Are regressions reopened automatically?

Resharper build 215/VS2003 submitted a couple of unhandled exceptions
for issues that are marked as Obsolete. I wonder whether these get
reviewed/reopened automatically?

Unfortunately they are not opened automatically (known problem). I reopened
them, thanks.
