[216] Please ReOpen #16961

Hello Stefan,

it is not possible to write unit tests for wide category of bugs including
(I guess) the request your mentioned. The UI conditions
under which they are reproducible are to difficult to implement in unit tests,
even if we know how to repeat a particular problem,
which often is not the case.

I got #16961 again (VS2005, R# 216). So please re-open it.

A little question: didn't you write a unit test for each bug to
reproduce it so that it cannot come up again?
