Vs 2005 crashes when closing the IDE

With R# installed, every time I close Visual Studio I get the visual studio
crash window that says that an error has occured and offers to restart VS.

This behaviour started in the earlier versions and has kept on ever since
(even in 217).

Any progress on that Issue?
