Unit test runner doesn't have an icon

Hello Ali,

actually this is a problem with all ReSharper tool windows inside VS. We
have plans to add icons (I realize that it is
odd to say but it is not as easy to implement as one might think), but I'm
not sure whether we will be
able to do that before 2.0 release.

Hi,

Unit test runner doesn't have an icon. So when I put it in a set of
window panes, nothing shows up representing it when I switch to other
pane (let's say besides Output and Task List panes)

I'm
not sure whether we will be
able to do that before 2.0 release.

We plan to have them in 2.0.
