Hotkey usage

Hi,

I kinda wonder why when I hit Resharper hotkey like CtrlN or CtrlShift+N
when the code window is not active i.e. no window or the designer window
is active, there will be no popup to let me put the files i want to open.

Just installed 219. It seems to work now.

Nat,

It was a bug in build 217 (and probably 218) for VS2003.
