[221] Referenceing a Com interop with a cultureinfo of 0 makes resharper sad....

Same problem for me, automatic exception report went into bug #19342 so I
guess they're duplicates.

221 is looking like a nice build, feels faster, however as the
subject says referencing a comdll that has a 0 culture breaks
resharper... I really wish the project I'm working on didn't rely on
com interops :) -- logged as #19338
