Two ReSharper Menus

you can remove the obsolete menu item manually using Tools|Customize dialog.

Hello,

After skipping any number of EAP builds I installed 223. I now have
two ReSharper menus. One has all the items I expect. The other is
greyed out.

Any ideas how to get rid of the greyed-out one?
