[221] looks good
I'm quite postive about build 221, keep on going this way.
- R# starts to be really usable for web sites and web projects, though still
a number of issues (all reported) are open.
- No continuous high CPU load anymore for me, though start-up and load time
are still too high. But this also has to do with team system, which, for
example, easily takes a number of seconds to display a context menu in the
solution explorer.
- Support for the new web project (like the vs2003 web project and as
opposed to the vs2005 web site) is quite good. Some issues I reported are
not closed, but do not appear anymore in 221.
One issue for me:
- Ctrl + Click selects the word under the mouse, instead of going to the
definition. The option is enabled in the R# options. Anything I can do to
repair this? Without losing ALL my vs settings:)
Thanks,
Erwin

Erwin,
Thanks for appreciation of our work.
Could You name them, please?
This is strange a bit. If You press Ctrlb there instead of CtrlClick, does
it go to the definition?

Same here! At least with 220 and 221. Ctrl+B works.
Any configuration settings you want to know?
Sincerely,
Stefan Lieser
Hello Stefan,
If you first hit Ctrl and then move mouse a bit, does it help? It should
be underlined with grey wave, as far as I remember.

argh... Yes, if I press Ctrl, then move the mouse a bit, then click,
it works. But why must I move the mouse??

Stefan Lieser

This is done to not to underline things too often (when regular typing)

What about a hint near the setting in Resharper options that explains
that you have to move the mouse?

See #18845. I think you may close that one. If I discover more specific
issues with web application projects I will report them separately. To be
more specific: the message "Member with the same name is already declared"
does not appear anymore.

Same as with Stefan: Ctrl + b works and moving the mouse after a click
works. I think the fact that you have to move the mouse a bit makes the
feature quite worthless, as such shorthands are all about speed and
convenience not about precision and delays.
Grtz,
Erwin
Hello Eugene,
Well, underline can be not visible in the case of ctrl-click without move,
but navigation should occur anyway. Otherwise feature is useless, IMO.
