Safe Delete [224]

If I use Safe Delete and if there were currently no usages for the selected
item, R# does not do anything, it just keeps showing the dialog box again
and again. We would have to manually delete the selected item. I noticed
this in all the builds I've used so far.

This bug is fixed in 225.
