Please reopen #19516 - Suggest Anonymous delegate

This was just closed as Won't fix as the Smart Code completion gets most of
the way there which is great for non-generic types. It doesn't however
infer the generic types from their usage. In my example a List]]>.
Should this be re-opened as a bug when using generics as I get delegate(T
obj) { instead of delegate(string str) {.

I think you should resubmit it as a bug.
