[227] Arrow / Enter / Backspace / Delete keys stop working

Yes, i had exactly the same, but i had this problem only once.

I had the problem a couple of times, but if I minimized all windows, changed
the focus to another window and maximized the VS window again, the keys
started working for me.

another refactoring using resharper, but I have not yet found a way to
always reproduce it. This is very annoying as it requires a VS restart.
