Can i load Vs color patch?

According to license, we cannot distribute this hotfix separately from the
addin.
BTW, it is strongly recommended to drop build 231 and switch to the fresher
one.

I can't.

I can load 1 mb per hour, with price 0.5$ for it.

What will be in the future?

Soon we will have 300 mb Resharper distubutive size i think...

I recommend that you request the colors hotfix from MS. Probably if many
users demand it,
they will make it publicly available.
