most likely this is a color used to highlighter active (i.e. those under mouse cursor) identifiers when moving mouse and holding Ctrl. Pressing Ctrl+Click will navigate to the definition of such an identifier.
Well, I also noticed this. The problem is that CTRL is not hold hold any more, mouse is out of window and the underline color is pink, while navigation color is blue. Moreover, this highlight stays in place even if I close and open file. I didn't notice any pattern about when this highlight appears. VS restart removes highlight.

this probably means that there is a floating bug in Ctrl-Click causing its highlight to be retained in the editor even if the underlying idenitifer is no longer 'active'. We've never observed this problem, so noticing a pattern would be great.
