[249] screensaver issue

unfortunately, this is a known problem, it happens from time to time. We
are to find its reason and fix it yet.

Twice this morning I've left my PC to attend a meeting. I lock the
workstation and have the default XP screensaver. Each time I return,
after about 60 minutes, the right gutter that R# draws to show errors
& warnings is no longer drawing...

Restarting VS resolves the problem.
