Unit Test Runner window doesn't show at startup

It concerns not only Unit Test Runner window but also File Structure window and the other ReSharper's windows. It would be great if they remain visible on re-open VS.

That is correct.

None of the R# windows maintain their "last status".

I sure hope they're able to fix this in the 'bug fix update'...

It's a known problem. We'll fix it in the next major version (unfortunately
it requires significant internal changes and cannot be implemented in bugfix
update).

The Unit Test Runner window doesn't seem to show at startup with the
other tool windows in VS2003. (R# 251).

Sample scenario:
I've docket the Unit Test Runner window at the bottom, with my other
windows (see utr-1.jpg). Auto Hide is off so the tool windows are
sticky. Close VS2003, open it again. Result: the Unit Test Runner
window doesn't show in the group (utr-2.jpg). I would expect it to
show up. If it's because of the delayed init, I think it'd be okay if
it showed up after loading.
