resharper refactoring - visual studio refactoring

Hello joyce,

ReSharper's code model is independent of Visual Studio, and should work regardless
of VS's capabilities to refactor code.
I expect here that you are working with C# or VB.NET code, otherwise ReSharper
is of no help. VB.NET refactorings are available in version 3.0 which is
to be released soon.
