Does the R#3.0RC works on VS2003?

no, ReSharper 3.0 doesn't support VS 2003 (in fact, already 2.5 version didn't
support it). It supports VS 2005
and, unofficially, Orcas (VS 2008).

I want to know if the release candidate can be installed in VS2003 and
if the final 3.0 version will work in it.

It would very nice if you still support VS2003... as a developer I know how painfull it must be, but I truly think its also worthy.

unfortunately, it's not possible. One reason that is enough by itself is
that ReSharper is written in C# 2.0 and heavily uses
generics, iterators etc.
