IntelliSense cache not updated when updating WCF Service Reference in Orcas
Hello,
When I click "Update Service reference" in Orcas with R# 3.02, the
IntelliSense cache is not refreshed. I have to unload and reload the project
for this to happen.

It looks similar to a known problem. Does it help to switch to any other
application and back to Visual Studio?
