When I migrate to VS2008 is the recommended action to de-install and re-install R#?
R# has separate installers for different Visual Studio versions. They can be installed side-by-side. Basically, they know nothing of each other, so it's not an “upgrade”, and the uninstallation is not required.
My current licence is valid for VS2008?
R# licenses do not currently differentiate between Visual Studio versions. If you have a 3.0 license that works with VS2005, it will work with the new VS as well.
