Installaion Madness since 756

Hello,

since 756 i have some boxes while installation

They mean what they say — a breaking change in upgrades. The unified installer
is still under development.

Removing an installed Version is not possible (last tested with 756).

Is this really so? What happens when you try to uninstall an existing version?
The uninstallation should not be affected.

Yes.

The uninstallation should not be affected.

I get the same Window as abdu (see attached)

it displays, nothing happens ... after 30 Minutes i press cancel. R# still
there and the messages while the upgrade to a new version.

This Problem may be gone for me this week, i've got a need new 320GB
Harddisk for my Laptop. Time for a fresh installation of the System.

This is not an Uninstall window. This is a Change window.

This Window was schon if i run the msi file again for deinstall (seens i
used nightly builds since years, it the fastest way do deinstall)

Run with msiexec /x (uninstall) instead of msiexec /i (install/maintenance).
