#781 - No Refactoring

for what it's worth, i'm using build 781 as well and refactoring works over here

fyi: in build 781 there is no refactoring available, once again.

Could you please give more details on the code files in which refactorings
are not available, and which menus you're trying? What about CtrlShiftR?
