ReSharper 4 Default Keymap
Is there a ReSharper 4 Default Keymap somewhere? Now that ReSharper is in Release Candidate phase, I would like to get a keymap pdf to print out and have a reference of key mappings I can use.

I second that request. In fact, I'd like to be able to push CtrlShiftF1 in VS2008 and see a popup with the keyboard shortcuts.
Hello,
We'll try to fix the R# Main Menu in the next version so that it included
the keyboard gestures for all the items that have them, including ones overridden
from Visual Studio.

Hello,
Doesn't the Main Menu in Visual Studio work this way — with shortcuts grouped
by catrgories?

Hello Lorenzo,
ReSharper 4 keymap is almost similar to the one for 3.0 (http://www.jetbrains.com/resharper/documentation/index.html),
we will publish the updated version there once ReSharper 4 is released.
