On the nightly builds page I see the following text:

"ReSharper 4.0 is released. ReSharper 4.0.1 nightly builds will be published
soon, but will not include an extended built-in evaluation"

What exactly does it mean that it will not include an extended built-in
evaluation?

As I understand, it means the expire time will not be reset (to 30 days) in new EAP versions.
