What I did was create an account on http://www.jetbrains.net/ then you can add a watch to a page and everytime the page gets notified I receive an email. For example I have a watch on the 4.0 Nightly Builds so everytime something changes on this page I receive an email.
Is there a service we can subscribe to, to get emails when announcements in the eap and release forums are made?
If you subscribe to the Announcements newsgroup (news://news.jetbrains.com/jetbrains.resharper.eap.announcements) you will be getting the notifications right in your reader (Outlook Express, Omea, etc).

Thank you guys. I will have to add the watch to the announcement page, since at work, I cannot connect to newsgroups.
