Comment completion don't work anymore in VB

Is 'Generate XML documentation file' option enabled on the Compile tab of

I'm working on a VB solution with Visual Studio 2010. Until yesterday
the Comment completion after pressing " ''' " works fine. This morning
i installed the 5.1 release build (1727) and comment completion don't
work anymore. Did anyone know how to solve this issue?

that was the cause. I can't believe that Microsoft hides the functionality in this way.
