[1759] Extract method didn't work

Currently i'm working on a VB project with Visual Studio 2008 and Build 1759.

I tried to extract a method from the content of an event method. The option popup appears an i entered a method name (don't have any parameters) and pressed the "Next"-Button. The popup disappears an nothing happens but the code file is write protected.

I have entered an issue (RSRP-198705) in YouTrack for this.

After restarting VS i could not reproduce the behavior. I tried the refactoring after some hours of work so maybe it's a memory issue.
