[2108] More VB intellisense issues

I could't reproduce this behavior. Could you please attach a screencast demonstrating

Today i noticed that R# adds and removes a Dim declaration when i
press the enter key in the editor. This only happens when i'm inside a
class or module but not inside a method or function.
