Keyword/parsing support for Async

Hello Oren,

We're certainly considering async/await support for the future versions of
ReSharper, but I'm afraid v5.1.2 is a bugfix release and only critical fixes
will make it into this version. Thank you!

Could you please add syntax/parsing support for the new C#/VB
async/await keywords for 5.1.2?  Not asking for any sort of
refactoring/error checking/anything; simply that the samples/CTP's
won't trip up and show resharper errors.  Simply ignore them if you
could...

Support for async keyword is not planned for ReSharper 6, but we will certainly
support all new language features of C# 5 by its release. Thank you!
