Deleting temporal files (from %temp%) - produces that VSNET2003 hangs.

not sure why deleting temporal files causes VS to hang, but we've fixed the
problem with their unlimited growing by removing some frequent log entries
in 208.

Using UltraSentry from IDM for delete all temporal files (I asume that
ReSharper v2.0 build 207 re-uses temporal files) causes that VSNET2003
hangs and my application does can't run. Deleting the folder creates
for Resharper in the solution folder does not fix the issue.

My sollution was uninstall ReSharper 2.0 build 207 and my application
run again.

PS. The temporal files used by Resharper are big... 30 MB in some
files.
