Resharper appears twice in the main menu

Hello Jeremie,

what version of VS you're using? I believe you can remove an invalid entry
using Tools|Customize dialog.

I have 2 R# entries in the main menu. One is disabled, but I don't
know how to remove it since only one R# entry appears in the add-in
configuration box.

I had this problem and resolved it by uninstalling Resharper, deleting the
file

C:\Documents and Settings\XXX\Application
Data\Microsoft\VisualStudio\8.0\1033\CmdUI.PRF

and reinstalling.
