ASP bug: cannot resolve symbols - Workaround

Some our user pointed out (and the problem is reproduced) that if Turkish
regional settings and locale are used (probably, the problem may occur with
some other locales) symbols, defined in ASP files are not seen in
codebehind. The workaround is to set English locale.

We'll address the problem ASAP. Sorry for inconvenience.

Ah, the Turkish-I. Had that problem in our own app as a matter of fact.
