Help wasn't even compiled as part of the build process on my machine, all I have is under the C:\program files\JetBrains\ReSharper\VS2003\Help\1033 directory, Collection.HxC, Collection.HxT, and ReSharperHelp.HxS
I have the same problem. I went as far as removing R#, reinstalling and then installing the update. I am still unable to get help to launch, presented with an error page indicateing

I've always gotten this. Always. It's a Visual Studio thing I swear. But hitting F1 or requesting the same help a second time, and voila it comes through. I don't understand it. But I don't think it's resharper-realted. Maybe it is, but I've just always requested help twice and it always comes though on the second time.

Tried it but no help...I don't see R# Help in the Help Collection when using the Combined Help Collection Manager: ms-help://MS.VSCC.2003/VSCCCommon/cm/CollectionManager.htm
The .hsx etc files are there in the R# installation, but have not been compiled into the VS help.

we've just tested ReSharper for VS 2003 installation and it indeed appears that Help integration doesn't work there. Will be fixed shortly. Thanks for your feedback.
After the upgrade I don't have R# help in the main table of contents but it's available under the ReSharper menu (Resharper > Help).

Dmitry,
I did have 1.X installed but removed it once I started testing the 2.0 EAP builds.
