yes, it's possible to change this color via the Tools|Options|Environments|Fonts and Colors dialog. Check the 'ReSharper Current Line' display item there. But notice that because of a known issue, the change will take effect only after you restart the VS.

Unfortunately, seems to not look very good with clear type turned on.
