Outlining Ifs, ForEachs, Whiles, etc

currently there is no such feature in ReSharper. If you submit a request
to the tracker and there is sufficient interest in it,
we will plan it for future release.

Is it possible to provide outlinging of code within If, ForEach,
While, Selects, etc using R#?
