Currently not.

and here is a question: auto insert pair quotes or parantheses is a
nice feature but its annoying to move the caret (which i do with mouse
and i know end key can be used). Is there a shortcut which will add a
semicolumn at the end of the line when i m finished with the line? So
after typing something in between the quotes i ll hit the shortcut and
without moving cared to the end and typing a semicolumn the shortcut
will do this for me automatically.

We have such feature suggestion in our base and will implement it in one
of future versions.
