Feature Request: Zebra Stripe Method Backgrounds

It would be really nice to be able to assign a Resharper: color tag to alternating method backgrounds.

Attached is an image of the desired effect. It would be to help differentiate method sections while scrolling in a long file such as a data access component. Often times I pass up the beginning of a new method when scrolling because of the lack of visual cues outside of the method signature declaration.
