Refactor menu item is disabled

Hello Shandos,

if the version of ReSharper is question is 2.5, I'd recomment that you've
tried the following steps:

1) Disable ReSharper via add-in manager
2) Reset All Settings in VS (Tools|Import and Export Settings)
3) Enable ReSharper in the add-in manager

This should make ReSharper re-initialize its menus, so if the problem is
in that they've got corrupt somehow,
it will be fixed. Please notify us if this doesn't help.

The refactor menu item on the ReSharper menu is constantly disabled in
Visual Studio 2005. I don't recall changing any settings to disabled
this, and can't find any reference to the ability to disable/enable
it. Any ideas?

I didn't try this, but instead I repaired the installation of ReSharper (2.5). When I went to do this, it said that a bug fix required for ReSharper was no installed. (I believe this happened because VS 2005 SP 1 was reinstalled by mistake on the computer.) After the repair of ReSharper, it worked.
