ReSharper crashes WiX project with references

Dear support

Working since some days with a WiX (http://wix.sourceforge.net/) project, I now needed to add references to that project.

Since that, the project crashed each time I try to open it, showing this picture:

I am using ReSharper 3.02. I also assembled an extract of that project to show you the behaviour:

Question: What can I do to get rid of ReSharper crashing my VS constantly?
