Live Templates don't work

Could you please send me your UserSettings.xml file (located under your
home dir in Application Data/JetBrains/ReSharper/v3.0/[VS Version]). Make
sure it doesn't contain any sensitive information before sending.

Hello,

I just downloaded ReSharper as a trial version in order to try it out.
But for some reason I can't use most Live Templates. Let's say I write
"loop" and press tab. Nothing happens. On the other side, when I write
"psvm" the template is expanded. But it only works with a few
templates. I also cannot add new templates.

Is this due to the trial or am I doing something wrong?
