Latest VS2005 security update broke ReSharper

Just installed the new VS2005 security update from Microsoft and now
ReSharper v2.5 #383 gives exceptions when I open my projects. After the
Exceptions ReSharper starts custom installation but never finish but gets
the CPU to hang at 100%

I have uninstalled the VS2005 security update and ReSharper works again.

Anyone else seen this ?

have you tried to install VS 2005 security update and re-install ReSharper
after that?
