Question about newsgroup usage

Hello,

What is the prefered forum -- should I rather use the newsgroups on
news.jetbrains.com or the support forum at
http://www.intellij.net/forums? Should I read the both? It doesn't
seem to show exactly the same stuff!

NNTP server is the primary view. The forums provide a web mirror for quick
access.

We at JetBrains are reading mostly the NNTP version, as it's a more convenient
thing to do on a regular basis.

By design, the content should be mirrored at both sites. Unfortunately, sometimes
it would go out of sync.
