Feature Request:: Rename Type Name to Match File Name

Oh, we do have? I did not realise this...oh yes, it works.

What I would like to have is files named diffently than the first
containing type to show up as an error in Global Analysis - I recently
caught some files that somehow were not renamed when renaming the
containing type and that caused some confusion here last week...
